We believe in fostering creativity and expression, which is why we created our outdoor performing arts center. Here, young talents can shine on our outdoor stage while exploring their artistic potential.

Our Percussion Play Magical Musical Garden adds a unique and harmonious touch to the camp atmosphere, encouraging musical exploration and discovery. Nature lovers will love our newly revitalized Butterfly Sanctuary, where they can witness the magical transformation of monarch butterflies up close.

Our property’s gardens provide a serene backdrop for your child’s summer adventures. With six pools and a splash park, water enthusiasts can perfect their swimming skills and beat the heat in a safe and supervised environment. For those seeking a bit of a challenge, our obstacle course will put their agility and determination to the test.

We understand the importance of flexibility in your summer plans, which is why we offer a convenient scheduling system. You can choose any week(s) that work best for your family.
We also provide AM and PM extended care options for added convenience.

Lunch and Snacks

Pack Lunch and Snacks
Please pack a bagged lunch and several snacks. Lunches will not be refrigerated or heated in the microwave. Lunches should include a drink and eating utensils (plastic ware).

Due to an active schedule, please make lunches healthy and nutritious and do not spoil easily.

Purchase Lunch/Snacks from the Carnival Café.
Our café will be open for campers to purchase lunch or snacks after 11:00am daily. The café is cash or prepaid (Chartwell Fun Account) only.

If sending in cash with camper, please label bag. Please be sure to still pack snacks for morning hours when the café is closed.

Optional: Chartwell Fun Account / Personal Cash Account (PCA)
Funds may be added to a “Chartwell Fun Account” (minimum $25 per deposit). Cash or check must be sent in at least 2 business days in advance prior to using funds. To add funds, create an account via our Chartwell A Family Oasis portal (if you are, or have been a recent member of our swim club, an account may already exist). The pre-paid account is separate from camper parent portal, so please be aware that you will have two separate log-ins (one for camp, one for food). Send in cash/check in a sealed envelope, labeled with camper name(s) and “prepaid account” noted on envelope. If siblings, account will be shared. Parent will receive notification of funds being added by email. Purchase receipts will be emailed each time food items are purchased, which will also provide the remaining balance on the account.

Meet Sharon Damiano

Happy Day Camp Director & Manager

Sharon comes to us as a sports and recreation enthusiast. Sharon has been with Chartwell Family Oasis since 2009. She started as the Swim Program Director and after several successful seasons, she became General Manager. As a Graduate of Rowan University, Sharon received her Bachelors Degree in Health and Exercise Science, all while playing 4 years of collegiate Softball. Her love for sports is what brought her to continue her career in Health and Physical Education. Sharon has 14 years teaching experience and over 15 years coaching sports teams.

After college, Sharon worked for various sport camps and directed swim facilities. She has a passion and a gift for instructing and directing Swim Lessons for over 20 years. As an Aquatic Director, Sharon knows how important water safety is and she continuously looks for ways to better our facility to maintain a highly skilled Aquatic Program.

Currently, Sharon has brought all of her skill sets to manage Happy Day Camp. Sharon’s love for learning and developing is what motivates her to bring opportunities to today’s youth while offering fun activities to keep the children active, developing social life skills and learning.
