Chartwell A Family Oasis
Swim & Pickleball
Use your membership card to check in at the front desk or to add money to your Chartwell personal cash account (PCA). Your membership is your key to open your own PCA so you only need to bring your membership card to Chartwell. Please visit the front desk upon arrival of your first visit to receive your membership card.
To add funds to your PCA, mail or bring in check (minimum $25). In check memo list family’s name and “Fund Pre-Paid Account”. You will receive an email receipt when funds are added (allow 2 business days for funds to be applied to account). When funds are used, you will receive an email upon each occurrence, which will include available balance remaining. Please log into membership account to ensure your email address is up to date.

Swim Club Membership
Welcome! When you first arrive at Chartwell you will be greeted by our front desk staff and receive your Chartwell membership card. If you have never been to Chartwell before our staff may give you a tour of our beautiful oasis to ensure you utilize all the wonderful pools and activities we have available. See you Poolside!
Season Memorial Day through Labor Day / Chartwell Swim Club will be open to members and their guests WEEKENDS only until late June, at which time it will be open 7 days/week weather permitting.
HOW TO JOIN
All registration is done online. Create an account or log into an existing account (link to login). Select from the available memberships and submit your application. Once payment is received in our office and posted, your membership will become activated.
Please be aware that Babysitter/Grandparent memberships are ‘add-on’ memberships and not free-standing. Babysitter may only be admitted when accompanied by a member of the sponsoring family.

• Four brand new pickleball courts
• Reserve court time online using your court time credits

• Discounted rates for families who already hold a swim membership
• Membership is per household
• Sneakers are required
• Guests limited to 3 visits before membership is required

Court Rentals
Courts must be reserver by members only. To reserve a court, log into membership portal via my account and click on ‘rent a location’ from homepage.

Cash/Check accepted at front desk upon arrival (during business hours only).
To pay with a credit card, please email in advance [email protected], as we will need to send you a link for electronic payment.
Rules & Regulations for All Members
Remember only family members living in your household are eligible members, except for added grandparents and babysitters.
Guest fees must be paid for all non-members and the same guest may only visit three times.
Chartwell will have limited chairs available. We recommend bringing your own chairs/lounges.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in pool or poolside. Absolutely NO GLASS on Chartwell grounds.
These rules are extremely important as it protects the interest of all our members. Violation of rules will result in termination of membership.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is smoking allowed on premise?
No. Cigarettes, cigars and vape are not permitted inside Chartwell grounds.
Can you bring your own food and drinks to Chartwell?
Yes, you are able to bring your own food and drinks to Chartwell but NO GLASS, please. Alcohol is permitted but not allowed in pool or poolside.
Can you have food delivered to Chartwell from an outside company?
No, we do not permit food delivered by an outside company.
What is the guest policy for visiting Chartwell?
Guests are allowed 3 visits to Chartwell and must be accompanied by a Member. Guest fees are $12 daily, $15 on Sunday and Holidays.
How many guests can you bring to Chartwell?
You can bring as many guests that you want at one time, after a total of 15 guests in a day, a rental area is required to be booked.
